The Wehrmacht 4 Years Long Service Award was a German decoration awarded to personnel of the Wehrmacht for four years of loyal service. The award was introduced in 1938 and was intended to recognize the loyalty and long-term commitment of soldiers in the regular armed forces. Unfortunately, the medal is missing the accompanying ribbon. Still a nice medal in good condition!

De Wehrmacht 4 Years Long Service Award was een Duitse onderscheiding die werd uitgereikt aan personeel van de Wehrmacht voor vier jaar trouwe dienst. De onderscheiding werd geïntroduceerd in 1938 en was bedoeld als erkenning voor de loyaliteit en langdurige inzet van soldaten in de reguliere strijdkrachten. Helaas mist de medaille het bijbehorende lintje. Nogsteeds een leuke medaille in goede staat!
